1. Viewing Posts on the Dashboard

  1. Go to [Dashboard] > Select [Posting Board] to view the list of boards you have access to. Choose the desired board.
  2. Click on the [Posts] tab.
  3. Posts that are within the selected date range and accessible to you will be displayed.

Main Image and Posting Board Info
  • Main Image: If a photo has been registered in Settings > [Posting Board Info], it will be displayed at the top of the posting board page.
  • Posting Board Info: Click the button to view the details of the selected board (e.g., board description, creators, and fixed recipients by category).

Notice

You can view posts marked as notices. Notices will remain visible regardless of the selected date range.

Post Summary

Summary for posts retrieved within the selected date range:

  • Pending
  • Displays the number of pending posts, average unresolved duration, and the longest unresolved duration among pending posts.
  • The unresolved duration is the time passed since the post was first registered in the "Issue & Resolve" category.
  • Resolved
  • Displays the number of resolved posts, average resolution time, and the longest resolution time among resolved posts.
  • The resolution time is the duration from the post being marked as pending to being resolved.
  • General
  • Displays the number of general posts retrieved.
  • Status Summary
  • Displays the number of posts assigned to each status in the posting board.

Post List
  • Choose from 3 views: Feed view, Summary view, and List view.
  • Sort posts to adjust the display order as desired.

Post Details
  1. In the [Posts] tab, select the post you want to view.
  2. Review the post's details, status, activity history, and reactions.

Details

  • General: Content entered by the creator will be displayed without any special indicators.
  • Pending: Content entered by the creator will be displayed under 'Issue.'
  • Resolved: Content entered by the creator will be shown under 'Issue,' and the resolution will be displayed under 'Solution.'

Status

  • If more than one status is registered in the posting board, you can apply a desired status to the post. If the status is set to "Notification Enabled," notifications will be sent via the specified channel.

Activity History

  • History and full comment list are available, and you can add comments.

Reactions

  • Emoticons can be used to express opinions, and employees who reacted with emoticons are shown.

2. Viewing Posts on the App

  1. From the home screen (Leader or Employee mode), select the menu button at the bottom-right.
  2. In the navigation screen, select [Posting Board].
  3. Choose the desired posting board from the available ones. If only one board is available, you'll be redirected to it directly.
  4. Posts created within the selected date range and accessible to you will be displayed.

Post Details
  1. From the main posting board screen, select the specific post you want to view.
  2. Just like in the dashboard, you can check the post's detailed content, status, activity history, and reactions.
