Create Posts

Share anything from daily updates to reports with your colleagues by freely creating a post.

1. Post Classification

Created posts are categorized based on the type of category and whether an issue has been resolved.

  • General Category: All posts registered under this category are classified as "General posting."
  • Issue & Resolve Category: Posts registered under this category are initially classified as "Pending." Once action is taken and the issue is resolved, they are reclassified as "Resolved."

2. Create New Post

Dashboard

  1. Go to the Dashboard and select [Posting board] to view the list of posting boards you have access to. Choose the desired board.
  2. Select the [Posts] tab.
  3. Click the [Create new post] button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  4. Write the content and register the post.

Bring Existing Posts
  1. Click the import icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  1. View posts you’ve previously created. Search by title to find a specific post or select the post you want to import.

Status

If there is at least one registered status, you can specify the status as an optional setting.

Pin it as a Notice
  • If you are the board operator, you can choose whether to pin the post as a notice.
  • A maximum of 10 notices can be pinned on a single board. If the limit is exceeded, you can unpin an older notice to add a new one.

Category

Select a desired category from those you are authorized to use. If a writing guide is registered for the chosen category, it will be displayed.

Title

The title is mandatory when creating a post.

Contents

The content is optional and can be up to 2,000 characters.

Attachment

Attachments are optional and can include images, videos, or documents.

  • Images: Attach up to 10 image files, each under 20MB.
  • Videos: Attach up to 4 MP4 video files, each under 300MB.
  • Documents: Attach up to 10 document files, each under 20MB.

Location

If the selected category requires or allows location input, a location field will be provided. Choose from registered workplace locations or manually enter one.

App

  1. On the home screen (Leader or Employee Mode), select the menu button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. From the navigation screen, select [Posting board].
  3. Choose a desired posting board from the list you can access. If only one board is available, you will be redirected to it automatically.
  4. Click the "Add Post" button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  5. Create a post using a similar process to the Dashboard, with a few differences:
  • Attachment: If the selected category's "Allow photo attachment from album" setting is disabled, you can only upload photos taken directly in the app when creating a post.
  • Videos: You can upload videos stored on your device, provided they are under 300MB.
