NOTE
The AI chatbot is available only in the app and supports both leader and employee modes.
1) Using AI Chatbot
- In the app, go to the bottom menu tab in Leader Mode or Employee Mode and select [AI Chatbot].
- View the list of AI chatbots where you are set as a user.
- Select the AI chatbot for the topic you want to use.
- Enter your question, send it, and review the response.
2) Checking AI Chatbot Information
- In the chatroom, tap the "i" button in the top-right corner.
- Check the chatbot usage guide, training documents, and usage period.
- If viewing chatbot training documents is allowed, tap the document name to access the original file.
