NOTE
Only administrators and leaders can create notices and surveys, and this feature is only available on PC.
1. Create a Notice
- Go to the Dashboard and select [Notice & Survey].
- Click on the [Posts] tab.
- Select [Create Notice/Survey].
Set Post Type and Permissions
- Select type: Choose the post type (e.g., Notice or Survey).
- Category: Select the desired category. If no categories are pre-registered, this option will not be available.
- Viewer: Assign viewing permissions. Users with viewing permissions can access the content through the app or dashboard and view participation results. Permissions can be assigned to leaders or administrators. Administrators and leaders in the same parent group as the creator automatically receive viewing permissions, which cannot be removed.
- Recipients: Choose the employees who will receive the notice.
- Comments: Enable or disable the comments feature.
Compose Notice Content
- Title and Content: The title is mandatory, while the content is optional.
- Attach Images/Files: You can attach up to 10 images and 10 files
- Supported image formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG.
- Supported document formats: PDF, PPT, XLSX, etc. (maximum 20MB per file).
2. Create a Survey
- Go to the Dashboard and select [Notice & Survey].
- Click on the [Posts] tab.
- Select [Create Notice/Survey].
Set Post Type and Permissions
- Select type: Choose the post type (e.g., Survey).
- Category: Select the desired category. If no categories are pre-registered, this option will not be available.

- Recipients: Select the employees who will participate in the survey.
- End time: Specify the deadline for survey responses.
- Responded location: Define where employees can submit their responses:
- Allow from anywhere: Employees can submit responses regardless of their location.
- Allow only at the workplace: Responses can only be submitted when the employee is located at the workplace.
Compose Content
- Title and Content: The title is mandatory, while the content is optional.
- Attach Images/Files: You can attach up to 10 images and 10 files.
Create Questions
- Multiple Choice: Use this for questions that require a single answer. Enter the question and add options for recipients to select.
- Checkbox: Use this for questions that allow multiple answers. Enter the question and add options for recipients to choose from.
- Short Answer: Allow recipients to input their own responses. You can also restrict answers to numbers only.
- Photo: Use this for questions where you want recipients to respond with a photo. You can set it to allow only direct photo capture.
