NOTE
To assign leave directly to an employee's schedule, you must set 'Allow leaders to assign leave via schedule editing' to 'Yes' in the leave settings.
1. Assigning Leave
When a leader or administrator directly assigns leave to an employee's schedule, it is automatically deducted from the employee's annual leave balance, allowing for leave management without the need for a request process.
However, once leave is assigned directly, the employee cannot cancel the assigned leave.
Dashboard
- Go to [Dashboard] > [Schedule] page.
- Click the Edit Schedule button in the top-right corner, then select the employee’s workday to assign leave.
- Choose [Enter manually] from the templates, select Leave as the type, and then choose the specific leave type.
App
- Navigate to Leader Mode > Schedule.
- Click the Edit Schedule button in the bottom-right corner, then select the employee’s workday for which you wish to assign leave.
- Select Enter manually, choose Leave as the type, and then select the appropriate leave type.
