Request and cancel Leave (Employee App)

1. Request leave

  1. At Employee mode - menu tab, go to [Leave] menu.
  2. Select leave type and check available balance. Not all leave types are provided with balanced dates like Annual leave.  Make sure to utilize the leaves provided within the given timeframe.
  3. Click 'Request' button
  4. Select Dates / Unit and click 'Apply'.📌You cannot select the date that has already been requested or is pending approval. Those dates will appear in grey.
  5. Attach an image/a document if required.
  6. Once you press 'Apply', the notification will be sent to the authorized leader.
  7. Once approved by the authorized leader, you will be notified by push-alert and the changes will be applied on Schedule automatically.

Half / Quarter day off

Half / Quarter day off options will be provided depends on Leave type setting by Admin.

It is required to register your work schedule if you are taking a half / quarter day off.

Enter working hours, breaktime, workplace, and a memo the same way you register a work schedule.

2. Cancel requests

  1. At [Leave] menu, click 'Requested' icon
  2. Find pending request item on the listYou can check your requested leave history by status(pending / approved / rejected / canceled)
  3. Click 'Cancel request' button
  4. Once "approved" leave is canceled, push notification will be sent to authorized leaders.

FAQ1. What happens if I don't use up leaves within the timeframe?

You won't be allowed to apply the leave anymore. There will be error message when you try to request.

FAQ2.

FAQ2. I want to apply 3.5days of annual leave, how can I make it?
  1. Choose 3 days > apply 'Full day' > click 'apply'
  2. Add (+)
  3. Choose 1 day > apply 'Half day' > click 'apply'
  4. Click '3.5 days Request'

FAQ3. Among 3.5days I applied, I want to cancel 0.5days. Can I cancel partially?

No, in order to cancel part of the requested leaves, you need to cancel the entire leave and re-apply.
