If you need to update or change your schedule, you'll need to send a request to your manager or leader for approval.
1. Submitting a Schedule Change Request
- Open the app and navigate to [Menu] > [Schedule]. Select the date you want to modify or add a schedule to, then tap the edit button in the bottom-right corner and choose Schedule Change.
- Choose the workplace and the relevant template, then tap the check icon in the top-right corner to proceed.
- Review your schedule change request details and click [Request] to complete the process. Wait for the admin or leader to approve the request. For admins: Please refer to the "Approving Schedule Change Requests" guide for detailed instructions on how to approve or manage schedule changes submitted by employees.
- If your request is denied, review the reason provided, make the necessary adjustments, and submit your request again using the same steps.
