Manage Delegation Requests

If you are assigned as the approver for a delegation request, you can approve or reject requests in the "Approval Delegation" screen on the dashboard or app Leader Mode. You can also cancel a request that is already in an "Approved" status.

1. Dashboard

  1. Go to Approval > Approval Settings menu.
  2. In the Approval Delegation screen, select the delegation request in the Pending Approval status.
  3. In the delegation details, click [Approve] or [Reject] button. (If you are the one who applied for the delegation, you can also cancel your request.)

2. App Leader Mode

  1. Go to Approval > Approval Delegation menu.
  2. In the Approval Delegation screen, select the delegation request in the Pending Approval status.
  3. In the delegation details, click [Approve] or [Reject] button. (If you are the one who applied for the delegation, you can also cancel your request.)

If the delegation is approved, push notifications will be sent to the requester and delegatee, notifying them that the delegation has been approved.

If the delegation is rejected, a push notification will be sent to the requester notifying them that the delegation has been rejected.

The requester, the approver of the delegation request, and the administrator can cancel a delegation by selecting the delegation request in the "Approved" status in the Approval Delegation screen. Once canceled, push notifications will be sent to the requester, delegatee, and the approver to notify them of the cancellation.

  • If the requester or delegatee leaves the company or resigns during the delegation period, the delegation will be automatically canceled.
  • A push notification about the cancellation will be sent, and the status will be changed to "Canceled by Leader.”
  • The processor will be marked as "System-Canceled," and the reason for the cancellation will be recorded as automatically canceled by the system.
