Navigating Employee Mode

NOTE
Administrators and leaders can access both Leader Mode and Employee Mode, whereas employees can only use Employee Mode.

Shopl provides tailored interfaces for leaders and employees, ensuring efficient workforce management. Follow the guide below to explore the main screen and experience smoother employee task management!

1. Exploring the Employee Mode Interface

Employee Mode allows quick access to frequently used or recently accessed features and lets you view today’s schedule. Additionally, the blue section enables you to record your punch-in and punch-out times.

  • Shopl Chat(a): Communicate with company employees through chat.
  • Notifications(b): View your notification history.
  • Frequently/Recently Used Features(c): Displays features you frequently use or have recently accessed.
  • Today's Schedule(d): Check your assigned work schedule.
  • Punch-in/Punch-out Records(e): Log your punch-in, punch-out, or breaks and review your recorded data.
  • Leader Mode(f): For administrators and leaders, switch to Leader Mode with a single click.
  • Today's Tasks(g): View your tasks assigned for today, and click to see detailed information.
  • Bottom Navigation Bar(h): Includes Home, Tasks, and Menu tabs. Use the Tasks tab to check details of today's tasks and the Menu tab to access various feature screens.

Exploring the Employee Mode Task Screen

When you tap the “Today’s Tasks" tab, the Today's Tasks screen, as shown in the image below, will appear.

Use the Today's Tasks screen to get a clear overview of your assigned tasks for the day and manage them with ease!
