NOTE
Administrators and leaders can access both Leader Mode and Employee Mode, whereas employees can only use Employee Mode.
Shopl provides leaders and employees with distinct interfaces, enabling efficient workforce management. Follow the guide below to explore the main screen and experience the convenience of streamlined employee management!
1. Exploring the Leader Mode Interface
Leader Mode allows you to manage employee tasks conveniently through a single mobile app, without needing to access a PC. You can monitor employees' punch-in/out and schedule statuses, oversee their work progress, and manage approval requests—all from your mobile device.
- Shopl Chat(a): Engage in chat conversations with members of the company.
- Notifications(b): View notification history.
- Pending(c): View and approve/decline employee requests - schedules, leave, overtime, punch out time, workplace.
- Today's Schedule(d): Check the schedule allocation status for all employees.
- Today's Punch-in Rate(e): Monitor the attendance rate and work status of all employees.
- Ongoing To-do(f): Check all ongoing tasks allocated and its progress in real time.
- Employee mode(g): Switch to Employee Mode with a single click.
- Bottom Navigation Bar(h): Consists of Home, Approvals, and Menu tabs. The Approvals tab functions similarly to "Pending Approvals," allowing you to review and process employee approval requests.
Editing the Leader Mode Home Screen
In Leader Mode, you can rearrange or hide menus on the home screen according to your preferences. Customized home screens are applied individually and can be edited at any time. Scroll to the bottom of the Home and click 'Edit home screen' button.
