NOTE
The administrator can view all to-do results, while the leader can view the to-do results for their assigned group.
1. Viewing To-Do Results on the Dashboard
Checking To-Do List
- Go to the Dashboard > Select To-Do.
- Choose the [To-Do Status] tab.
- The list of to-dos assigned within the selected period, which you have viewing rights for, will be displayed.
- To-dos assigned to you
- To-dos created by leaders in your managed group
- To-dos where you have review rights
Summary of Status and Filtering
- The top of the page provides a summary of the task progress based on their status:
- Tasks are categorized as either "ongoing" or "closed" depending on their end date.
- The number of "not completed" tasks (with a task completion rate of less than 100%) and "not confirmed" tasks (with a confirmation rate of less than 100%) is displayed.
- Clicking each statistic applies a filter to the list below.
- When you check [view only the list that needs your confirmation], only the tasks assigned to you as the person in charge of confirmation will be filtered and displayed from all assigned tasks.
Viewing Detailed To-Do Results
- Select a specific to-do item from the [to-do status] tab screen.
- You will be redirected to a detailed results page for the assigned to-do item.

- The deadline is displayed.
- Information such as to-do info, task completion rate, and confirmation rate is provided.
- You can view details about the repeated status of the to-do, assigned personnel, task guide, and person in charge of confirmation.
- The confirmation rate is only available if the task was set to require confirmation by the person in charge during its creation.
- For each employee (or workplace) assigned to the task, you can check whether the task was completed and if it passed confirmation.
- Selecting an item from the list allows you to view the submitted results.
- Task results can be downloaded in Excel, PPT, or Zip (photos) formats.
Reviewing Individual Task Results
- Click on the submitted results of a specific employee or workplace from the detailed to-do results screen.
- A popup will appear, allowing you to review the task results.

- You can navigate through the task results for each employee or workplace to review their submissions.
- If multiple submissions were made, you can view the results by each submission.
- For workplace-assigned tasks, the employee who submitted the result is displayed.
- A comment feature allows you to provide feedback to the task submitter and engage in further communication.
- You can use the @mention feature to tag specific employees.
- For tasks requiring confirmation, the person in charge can decide whether rework is needed or if the result meets the required standards.
- If rework is requested, the employee who submitted the result will be notified.
2. Viewing To-Do Results in the App
Checking the To-Do List
- From the home screen of the app in Leader Mode, select the menu button at the bottom right.
- In the navigation menu, select [To-Do].
- A list of to-dos assigned within the selected query period that you have access to will be displayed:
- To-dos assigned by you
- To-dos created by leaders in your management group
- To-dos for which you have confirmation authority
Summary of Status and Filtering
- The task list at the bottom can be viewed by status, categorized into tabs: all / ongoing / closed.
- Each task is classified as "ongoing" or "closed" based on its end date.
- The number of tasks in each status is displayed alongside the categories.
- The list can be further filtered into detailed categories:
- All to-do
- To-do that need your confirmation
- To-do I assigned
Viewing Detailed To-Do Results
- Select a specific list from the To-Do Status screen.
- You will be directed to the detailed results screen for the selected to-do.

- You can view the repeated status, deadline, and creator information for the selected to-do.
- Task completion rate and confirmation rate are displayed.
- The confirmation rate is available only if confirmation by the person in charge was required during the creation of the to-do.
- For each employee (or workplace) assigned to the to-do, you can check task completion status and confirmation status.
- Selecting an item from the list allows you to view the submitted results.

- From the detailed to-do results screen, select a specific employee or workplace.
- Review the task results for each employee or workplace assigned to the to-do.
