If an employee's attendance record is incorrectly recorded, it can be edited through the app and dashboard.
Editing permissions are held by administrators and leaders with approval authority, but can also be selectively granted to specific leaders through detailed settings.
2. Edit records on App - Leader mode
At Home tab, click [Today's punch in rate] card. /or/At Menu tab, click [Attendance] menu.
Click punch in status card to find employee.
Click employee card
Click edit icon.
Make changes on Time / Place / Reason and save.Reason is a mandatory field*Each save button is for 1) punch in 2) punch out. Please click each save button.
Once saved, push notification is sent to the employee and records are saved.
3. Edit records on PC Dashboard
Go to [Attendance] menu, scroll down to the employee list.
Click 'Details' icon of the employee whom you wish to change the record of.
Click 'Edit punch in/out record' button.

Once saved, push notification is sent to the employee and records are saved.
FAQ1. I don't see the edit icon on mobile / PC dashboard.
Please contact your system admin to check whether you are authorized leader/admin to edit attendance records.
FAQ2. I want to download all changed history with reasons.
You can download data from [Download data] menu on PC dashboard.
FAQ3. Can I change other records such as away / arrival time?
No, currently you can only edit punch in and punch our records and away/arrival time record editing feature is under development.
FAQ4. How can I edit records of multiple days? Is it possible to delete attendance records?
