Reset Face Verification Photos

1. Reset Face Verification Photos via App

  1. Click the [Punch-in] or [Punch-out] button.
  2. After 3 failed attempts at face verification, you will be able to update your existing facial photo.

2. Resetting Employee Face Images from the Dashboard

Only leaders and administrators with access to the dashboard can reset employee facial photos.

  1. Go to [Manage members] in the dashboard.
  2. Click on the employee whose face image you wish to reset.
  3. Go to the [Face Verification] tab on the employee's detailed profile page.
  4. Click the [History of changing face image] button in the top-right corner, then click the [Reset face image] button.
