NOTE There can be up to 3 approval steps for leave. Approvers assigned in each step will decide whether to approve or reject the leave. When the approver from the previous step approves the leave, the approver assigned in the next step will approve. If the request gets rejected, it will be processed as rejected and will not be passed on to the approver in the next step.
When employees request leave, an approval request will be sent to the approvers. Approvers can approve or reject the requested leave on the dashboard or mobile app.
1. Approve requested leave on the dashboard
Dashboard > Approval > Leave.
Select the [Pending] tab to check the requests that have not yet been processed. You can filter the requests and only view the ones that you need to process.
When you click [Need your approval], the list will only show you the requests that need your approval. When you click [Reviewed by another approver], the list will show you the requests that you are listed as an approver but not your turn to approve.
Check the leave request details that is your turn to approve, then approve or reject.
2. Approve requested leave on the app
From the main page(Leader Mode), select the menu button.
Select [Approval] from the navigation screen.
Select [Leave].
You can check the requests pending for approval the same way as on the dashboard.
Check the leave request details that is your turn to approve, then approve or reject.
Requests that are completely approved by the approvers up to the last step can be checked by selecting the approval history icon on the top right corner of the page.
You can check processed requests separately by approved / rejected / canceled.
