NOTE
This guide is intended for employees joining an existing company. For administrator registration, please refer to the document "Create company (Administrator)."
1. Joining an Existing Company
If your company is already using Shopl and has instructed you to install it, select [Join].
- If the administrator or leader has not registered your information, you will not be able to join. In this case, please ask the administrator or leader to complete your Member Registration.
- Open the downloaded Shopl app.
- Tap [Get Started].
- Select [Join].
- Enter your mobile phone number and tap [Next].
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then create your login credentials by entering your email address and a password (8-20 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
- Upload your profile picture for the Shopl app.
- You can freely choose a photo from your album or take a new one to upload.
- Tap [Get Started] to complete the setup and start using the service.
2. FAQ
Q. After uploading my profile picture and clicking the Next button, I encountered an "Unknown Error.”
During the sign-up process, Shopl retrieves the time value set on your mobile device. An "Unknown Error" may occur if the retrieved time value does not match the internal server time.
To resolve this error, ensure that your mobile device is set to use the date and time provided by the network.
Follow the steps below to check if the time is set manually. If it is, please switch to automatic settings using the procedure outlined below.
Android Configuration
• Go to Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn on Automatic Date & Time
iOS Configuration
• Go to Settings > General > Date & Time > Turn on Set Automatically
