01-08-2025
NOTE
Creating and Setting Post Statuses can only be done by the posting board operator.

Use the post status feature to configure your posting board environment in more detail.

1. Registering Post Statuses

You can register various statuses (e.g., Urgent, Assigned to Person) and apply them to posts, allowing you to categorize them by status.

  1. Go to [Dashboard] > Select [Posting Board] to view the list of boards you can access. Choose the desired specific posting board.
  2. Click on the [Settings] tab > Select [Advanced].
  3. Click [Add].
  4. Set the appropriate configurations based on the purpose and add the status.

Status Name & Color

The status name can be up to 50 characters, and you can choose a color for each status.

Notify When Status is Applied

Choose whether to send a notification when the status is applied to a post. For example, if you create a status called "Urgent," you can send notifications when posts are marked as "Urgent.”

Notify Via

When notifications are enabled, choose the notify via method for sending them. Both push notification and email delivery are available, and you can select one or both.

Notify Recipients

When notifications are enabled, specify who will receive the alerts.

  • Group leader of the author: Notifications are sent to the post author’s group leader.
  • Specific employees: Notifications are sent to selected specific employees.
