NOTE
With administrator rights, you can check the progress of documents in the document folder and the ones where you are designated as a reference.
1. Checking Document Status on Dashboard
- Go to Dashboard > [E-documents].
- Select the document folder containing the document you want to check.
- Sending Status - [Saved as Draft]: The document has not been sent and is in an editing state, saved as a draft. Only the person who saved it can view and continue editing it.
- Sending Status - [Sent]: The document has been sent, and the recipient can access and view it.
- Sending Status - [Scheduled Send]: The document is scheduled to be sent at a future date. It will be sent automatically at the scheduled time, and the send can be canceled before it is sent.
- Sending Status - [Sending Schedule Canceled]: The scheduled sending has been canceled, and the document will no longer be sent.
- Sending Status - [Recalled]: The document has been recalled, and the recipient can no longer access it. You can recall a document if it was sent incorrectly or if there's an issue with the document.
- Completion Rate: This shows the percentage of recipients who have confirmed the document among all recipients of the sent document.
- Select the sent document you want to check to view its status.
- You can view the status of the document by recipient.
- [Read]: The recipient has viewed the document.
- [Unread]: The recipient has not yet viewed the document.
- [Recalled]: The document has been recalled, and the recipient cannot access it anymore.
- Click the [Push] button at the top to send a push notification to recipients who have not yet viewed the document.
2. Checking Document Status in App Leader Mode
1. Go to the app leader mode > Bottom menu tab > Select [E-documents].
2. You can check the document status in the same way as on the dashboard.
