Get Started with the Posting Board Feature

The posting board settings can only be managed by administrators.

1. Understanding the Feature

The posting board serves as a space for team members to freely communicate and can be tailored to your company’s needs. You can share files or images necessary for communication and exchange additional feedback through comments.

Multiple boards can be created for various purposes, such as:

  • End-of-Day Report Board: For employees to summarize and report their daily tasks.
  • Handover Board: For sharing notifications and updates during task transitions.
  • Voice of the Customer Board: For gathering feedback from on-site employees.
  • Team Social Board: For sharing praise and feedback among team members.

Shopl’s posting boards support two formats:

  • General Bulletin Board: A board for sharing and exchanging work-related updates.
  • Issue & Resolution Bulletin Board: A board for managing the entire process, from reporting issues to resolving them.

You can configure the board format as either General Posting or Issue & Resolve based on the nature of your posts.

2. Setting Up the Posting Board Feature

Enable the Feature
  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Feature settings.
  2. Select Posting board.
  3. Set the Posting board feature to "Use".
  4. Once enabled, a default posting board is automatically created.
  • The name of the default board can be freely edited.
  1. Add as many posting boards as needed.

You can also add boards directly from the Posting Board page:

  1. Go to Menu > [Posting board], click the [+] button in the top-left corner, and create a new board.
  2. Newly created boards will appear under Menu > [Posting board].

Creating Issue & Resolution or General Boards

Select the desired [Posting board]. Navigate to the [Settings] tab > [Category] tab. Choose between Issue & Resolve or General and save the configuration.
