Get Started with the Journey Plan Feature

NOTE
The ON/OFF setting for the journey plan feature can only be managed by administrators.

1. Introduction to the Journey Plan Feature

Shopl's Journey Plan feature allows administrators to assign locations and times for employees visiting multiple sites on specific dates. Assigned schedules are displayed as journey plans and completions for the assigned employees. You can easily monitor visit status and routes on a map.

Simplify the management of employees who need to visit multiple locations, such as for sales or fieldwork!

2. Setting Up the Feature

Go to Dashboard > [Feature settings] and turn ON the Journey Plan feature.
