Add Members

To add an employee to the company, the member must be pre-registered before they sign up. Understanding the concept of members and their properties will make the registration process faster and easier.

1. Adding Members in the Dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboard > [Members] > [Manage Members].
  2. Select the [Status] tab.
  3. Click [Add Member].
  4. Fill in the required and optional fields.

2. Adding Members via App

  1. From the Leader Mode home screen, click the menu button at the bottom right.
  2. In the navigation screen, select [Members].
  3. Tap the "Add Member" button at the bottom right of the screen.
  4. You can add members in the same way as on the dashboard.

3. Item Overview

Name & Phone Number

Please enter the employee's name and phone number accurately. This information will be needed when the employee registers.

Assigned Group

Select the employee's department from the pre-registered groups. If the employee's group is not listed, first register the group.

  • Admin: Can choose any group within the company.
  • Leader: Can choose from their managed groups.

Leader in Assigned Group

If the employee is responsible for managing their assigned group, select YES to assign them as a leader. The member will gain leader authority in their group and automatically in any subgroups.

Approval Authority in Assigned Group

This option is available only when the employee is designated as a group leader. It determines whether the leader has approval authority. Approval authority allows leaders to approve or reject employee requests (such as schedule changes, workplace registration, or changing clock-out time). Leaders without approval authority can only view the requests.

Authority to View Personal Attendance History

Set whether the employee has permission to view their attendance history in the app. Select YES to allow access to the My Attendance History menu in App > Employee Mode.

Employment Date

Please enter the employee's employment date.

National ID Number

This field appears only if you have selected to use the National ID number in member properties. As it's sensitive information, the number will be processed as ●●●●●.

Employee Number

Please enter the employee number if your company uses it for managing employees.

Job Title

The job title field is provided as a selectable option based on the choices registered in the member properties.

Grade

The grade field is provided if the grade option is enabled. You can choose from the options registered in the member properties.

Custom Properties

Custom properties registered in member properties are available here. Depending on the data type of the custom property, you can select from options or manually enter text. Leaders can only view custom properties they have permission to view.

Default Work Schedule (Fixed Working Hours and Workplace)

If the work schedule is fixed, set the default work schedule for the employee (e.g., working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, break time: 1 hour, days off: Saturday, Sunday).

With automatic schedule generation, the employee’s default work schedule will be used to automatically generate their schedule.

If you select a workplace in the 'Workplace' section of the default work schedule, that will become the employee’s fixed workplace.

Fixed workplace refers to the place where the employee regularly works unless there are changes. Employees registered with a fixed workplace will be assigned to that workplace.
