Add/Edit/Delete Attendance Cutoff

1. Add Attendance Cutoff (Manual Processing)

Administrators can manually add an attendance cutoff by selecting the desired period and end date

  1. Navigate to Attendance cutoff > Status > By period or By employee, and click the "Add attendance cutoff" button in the top-right corner.
  2. Set the Target period for the cutoff and select the End date for finalizing the records.
    1. The end date must be at least one day after the current date to allow time for reviewing records. The end date cannot fall within the target period.
  3. Configure Cutoff progress notifications:
    1. Send daily notifications to leaders and employees before the cutoff date to review attendance data for the target period.
    2. Select the notification period and time.
    3. Notifications will not be sent to employees whose records are already finalized before the cutoff date.

2. Edit Attendance Cutoff

You can edit the target period, end date, or notification rules for an ongoing attendance cutoff.

  1. Go to Attendance cutoff > Status, select the cutoff record you want to edit, and click the Edit icon at the top.
  2. Modify the Target period, End date, or Cutoff progress notifications, then click Save to apply the changes.

3. Delete Attendance Cutoff

Deleting an attendance cutoff will revert the records within the target period to an editable state. Please proceed with caution.

  1. Go to Attendance cutoff > Status, select the cutoff record you want to delete, and click the Delete icon at the top.
  2. In the popup, confirm by clicking the Delete button.
