Delete Members (Resign)

Only leaders or admins with member addition rights can delete members. Once deleted, the employee will no longer be able to log in and will not incur any charges starting the day after the account is deleted.
※ Even after deletion, the member's data is retained, and it can be viewed or recovered anytime in the [Resigned Employees] menu.”

1. Deleting Members (Resignation Process) on PC

1. Go to Dashboard > Members > Manage Members.

2. Find the employee you want to delete (process resignation) in the member list.

3. Hover over the column where the employee's name is listed and click the settings button next to their name.

4. In the member info popup, select the [Delete Account (Process Resignation)] button at the bottom left.

5. Enter the resignation date and reason.

6. Type 'DELETE' in the box at the bottom to activate the [Delete] button.

7. Click the [Delete] button to complete the deletion process. The deleted member's information can be viewed in [Members] > [Resigned Employees].

2. Bulk Deleting Members (Resignation Process) on PC

1. Go to Dashboard > Members > Manage Members.

2. Select the employees you want to delete (process resignation) by checking the boxes on the left.

3. Click the [Delete Account (Process Resignation)] button at the bottom left of the member list.

4. Enter the resignation dates and reasons for the selected members.

5. Type 'DELETE' in the box at the bottom to activate the [Delete] button.

6. Click the [Delete] button to complete the deletion process. The deleted members' information can be viewed in [Members] > [Resigned Employees].

3. Deleting Members (Resignation Process) on Mobile

1. In Leader Mode, tap the menu button at the bottom right of the home screen.

2. In the navigation screen, select [Members].

3. Select the employee to be deleted (processed for resignation) from the member list.

4. Tap the edit button on the member detail screen.

5. Select the [Delete Account (Process Resignation)] button at the bottom of the member information.

6. In the member info popup, tap the [Delete Account (Process Resignation)] button at the bottom left.

7. Enter the resignation date and reason.

8. Click the [Delete] button to complete the deletion process. The deleted members' information can be viewed in [Members] > [Resigned Employees].

4. Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When will charges stop being applied after processing a member’s resignation?

A. Charges will stop the day after the member’s resignation is processed.

The pricing for each member is applied based on the selected plan, and billing occurs monthly for the number of days used (member count × plan price).

Billing will start from the day the member is added or restored on the dashboard, regardless of the member’s sign-up or login status. Once a member is deleted (resigned), they are excluded from billing starting the following day.

* Billing is based on the date the member is added, not on their login, sign-up, employment, or resignation date.

※ To optimize charges, delete (process resignation) unused accounts on the member’s resignation date. Even if the account is deleted from the dashboard, data is retained for a period. If the employee re-joins, their account can be restored, and existing data can be maintained.
