1. On the dashboard (PC), go to Feature Settings > Attendance > Allowed Attendance Range > Allow Punch-In/Out Only at Assigned Workplaces.
2. Set it to ON and select the employees who should be restricted to punching in/out only at assigned workplaces under "Who can punch in/out only at assigned workplaces?”
• All employees of the company
• Specific group and job title
• Specific employees
3. Once enabled, employees will not be able to record attendance at any unassigned workplaces. For efficient attendance management, leaders or administrators must assign workplaces to employees.
Employees who are restricted to punch-in/out only at assigned workplaces will be notified if there are no assigned workplaces nearby, as shown in the image. Employees can check their assigned workplaces.
