Change Profile Picture Settings

NOTE
Only admins can change member profile picture settings. Once changed, the updated setting will apply to all members when they update their photos. The previous profile picture will remain unchanged until the next update.

You can choose what types of profile pictures members are allowed to use. Choose the setting that best fits your company culture and policy:

Allow any picture
Only allow pictures with faces

1. Changing Member Profile Picture Settings

Go to Dashboard > Members > Manage Members > Settings > Member Profile.

Select the option to change the profile picture settings and click [OK] to confirm.

Allow Any Picture

If you allow any picture, members can freely choose any photo as their profile picture or select a default character illustration.

Only Allow Pictures with Faces

This setting restricts members to using only photos where their faces are visible. This is helpful if it's difficult to distinguish employees by name alone.
