Get Started with the Notice & Survey Feature

1. Understanding the Feature

Shopl's Notice & survey is a communication tool designed to share important updates or conduct surveys with on-site employees.

Quickly deliver urgent notices and gather feedback from the field through surveys.

Notice

Notices can include images and files for additional context. Track which employees have read the notice in real-time. Resend notices to employees who haven't read them yet.

Survey

Create surveys using various formats such as multiple choice, checkboxes, short answer, and images. Analyze participation rates and response data effortlessly. Quickly and easily collect feedback from on-site employees.

2. Setting Up the Notice & Survey Feature

1. Go to Dashboard > Feature settings.
2. Navigate to Communication > Notice & Survey
3. Set the Notice & Survey feature to "Use". The Notice & Survey menu will then appear in the Communication section.
