For leave types that are granted in advance (e.g., Annual leave), you can grant available leave days to be used as leave to each employee.
1. Grant leave (Accrued leave)
Select the leave type that you wish to grant leave days.
Click [Grant days for leave]
Enter all the necessary information for each section, and click [Save] on the bottom of the page.
Section 1 : Enter a title
Combine the name of the group or a period for the title so you can easily search the title later on. (e.g., Annual Leave'22)
Section 2 : Select employees
All employees who can take a leave : Grant leave days to all employees who were selected to take a leave when you created this leave type.
Specific employees among those who can take a leave : Grant leave days to specific employees among those who were selected to take a leave when you created this leave type.
Section 3 : Select the type
Select if you wish to grant the same number of leave days for all employees or individually for each employee. The next step will be determined according to the selected type.
Grant the same for all employees
Grant the same number of leave days to employees. When you select this option, you can set the number of days granted, period of use, and whether the leave days can be carried over.
Days granted and period of use : Enter the number of days granted (up to three decimal points.), and the period employees can take leave (Start ~ end date).
Set whether the leave days can be carried over if they are not used within the period set above. The end date of the carryovers can be selected among the following options.
*month(s) from the ended month
*day(s) from the ended day
*month of next year
A specific date
Grant individually for each employee
By selecting this option, you can grant different numbers of leave days to each employee with Excel bulk upload.
1. When you select this option, the process will be changed to having 2 steps when granting leave days. Click [Next] to continue with Step 2.
2. Click [Download] and download the Excel file.
3. Enter days granted, period of use, and carryover expiration date for each employee.
4. Once completed, attach the file to the dashboard and check if any incorrect information exists.
5. If everything has been entered correctly, click the [Save] button to complete the process.
