Recipients can view attendance updates via push notifications and review detailed information on the dashboard or app’s notification page.
Reason logging allows administrators to set categories for various situations, making it easier to track and manage attendance reasons.
1) Go to Dashboard > [Feature settings] > [Attendance].
2) Enable the subfeature "Request explanations for abnormal attendance" by switching it to Use.
3) Click the settings icon to configure Reason categories and Reason input methods. If Reason selection is chosen, administrators must create predefined options for employees to select.
4) For tardiness and early leave, administrators can define a time threshold for requiring reason submission.
Writing Reasons (Employees)
Employees required to submit reasons as per the configuration must log their reason before their punch-in/punch-out is recorded.
Reviewing Reasons (Leaders/Administrators)
When employees submit reasons, leaders and administrators receive push notifications and alert messages to review the details.
Reasons can also be reviewed and managed via the employee attendance page in Leader Mode, and Attendance record download data from the dashboard.
