Change Document Folder

Document content and recipients cannot be edited.

1. Changing the Document Folder

  • You can move sent documents to a different folder.
  • Only admins can move documents, and they cannot be moved to folders where the admin does not have permissions.
  • If there is no other folder with admin rights, the document cannot be moved.

▪︎ Dashboard

1. Go to Dashboard > E-documents > Document Folder > Select documents you want to move from the [All] tab using checkboxes.

2. Click the [Move Folder] button at the bottom.

3. Select the folder to move the documents to, then click [OK] to complete the move.

▪︎ App Leader Mode

1. In the app’s Leader Mode, go to the bottom menu and select [E-documents].

2. Select the documents in the folder that you want to move.

3. Click the button at the top and choose [Move Folder].

4. Select the folder to move the documents to and complete the change.
