If you're logging in from a device other than your usual one, follow the guide below to complete device registration.
1. Log in on a New Device
- Launch Shopl on the device you wish to log in with, and enter your existing account information.
- On the device change notification, select the reason for switching devices:
- Reason 1: Change to this device for daily puch in/out from now on.
- Reason 2: Temporary log in using another device just for today.
- Choose a verification method to proceed with identity verification and complete the process.
- Face verification is only available if the facial recognition punch-in feature is enabled.
- If you choose email verification and don't receive an email, check your spam folder.
