Add Display Status Data

NOTE
Display status data can be added either by employees via the app or by administrators through the dashboard. Data uploaded through both methods will be reflected in real time.

The Display Status tab is available in both Employee Mode and Leader Mode on the app.

1. Adding Display Status Data via the App (Employee Mode)

Note: The dates on which employees can upload data are set by administrators. (e.g., Only today's data can be uploaded / Data from the past xx days including today can be uploaded.)

▪ Uploading Display Status Data

1. Go to Menu or Today's Task > Display Status, and select the collection date and store from the top.

2. Select the product category for which display status data will be recorded.

  • ❗ Only product categories assigned to the user as a collection employee will be shown. Please check with your company administrator to confirm your assignment.
NOTE
🤔Were you assigned to collect display status data for today's task, but your store does not carry any of the listed models?

Click “No available models?” and confirm. The task will be marked as completed.

3. Search for a model by Model Name/Model No., or scroll down to find it manually.

  • Search by Model Name/Model No.: Enter text or scan a barcode for quick input.

4. Enter the collected display quantity for each brand and model.

  • Tap the + icon next to the model name to increase the display quantity, or manually enter a number in the middle field.
  • Tap the Bring icon to retrieve the most recently uploaded display status data for the same store.
  • Press Upload to submit the data.

▪ Editing or Deleting Uploaded Display Status Data

  1. Go to Menu or Today's Task > Display Status, and select the collection date and store from the top.
  2. Select the product category containing the display status data to edit or delete.
  3. To edit display status data: Click the number under Total quantity on display to filter and display only products with uploaded data. Modify the necessary entries directly.
  4. To delete display status data: Select the Model Name tab > Click the trash can icon at the bottom right to remove the uploaded display status data.

2. Adding Display Status Data via the Dashboard (Administrator Mode)

▪ Adding Display Status Data Individually

Administrators can add display status data directly in addition to employee-collected data.

  1. Dashboard > Display Status > Collected Data > Click "Add Data" in the top right.
  2. Select the Date / Store / Employee who collected the data.
  3. Choose the Model.❗ Models must be added to the collection list before data can be entered.
  4. Enter the display quantity.
  5. Click Save.

▪ Bulk Adding Display Status Data

If administrators need to add display status data manually, they can upload an Excel file for bulk entry.

1. Dashboard > Display Status > Collected Data > Click "Bulk Add Display Status Data" in the top right.

2. Select the product category to add data for and click Download Sample.

3. Open the downloaded Excel file and enter the display status data for the selected product category.

Important Notes for Entering Data in Excel
- Fields marked with * are required. (However, ‘Model No.’ can be left blank if not applicable.)
- The date must be entered in YYYY.MM.DD format. (Example: 20241212 - Other formats will not upload correctly.)
- If there are employees with the same name, enter either their employee ID or phone number for distinction.

4. Dashboard > Bulk Add Display Status Data > Search > Attach the completed Excel file.

5. Click Apply, review the preview screen for accuracy, and make any necessary edits.

6. Red-highlighted error lines must be corrected manually before proceeding.

7. Select the final data for upload and click Save.
