Add Inventory Data

NOTE

1. Adding Inventory Data via App (Employee Mode)

Note: The dates employees can upload data are determined by administrators. (e.g., Only today's data can be uploaded / Data from today and up to the last XX days can be uploaded.)

▪ Uploading Inventory Data

1. Go to Menu or Today's Task > Inventory > Select Collection Date and Store from the top menu.

2. Select the Product Category for which you want to register inventory data.

  • ❗Only product categories assigned to the user as a data collector will be displayed. Check with your company administrator to confirm your assigned categories.
NOTE
🤔Assigned to collect inventory data but the store does not carry any of the assigned models?
Click "No available models?" and confirm. This will mark the task as completed.

3. Search for a Model Name/Model No. or scroll down to find the product manually.

  • Search by model name/model no: Enter the text or quickly scan a barcode.

4. Enter the collected inventory data for each Brand - Model.

  • Click the + icon next to the model name to increase the inventory count or tap the middle field to enter a number manually.
  • Click Upload to submit the data.

▪ Editing or Deleting Uploaded Inventory Data

  1. Go to Menu or Today's Task > Inventory > Select Collection Date and Store from the top menu.
  2. Select the Product Category containing the inventory data you wish to edit or delete.
  3. To modify inventory data: Click the number under "Models with inventory checked" to display only the uploaded inventory data. Edit directly from the list as needed.
  4. To delete inventory data: Click the Model Name, then tap the trash can icon in the bottom right corner to delete the entry.

2. Adding Inventory Data via Dashboard (Administrator)

▪ Adding Inventory Data Individually (Administrator)

In addition to employee-collected data, administrators can manually add inventory data.

  1. Go to Dashboard > Inventory > Click "Add Data" in the top right corner.
  2. Click the Model Name field.❗The product must already be registered in the collection list for data to be added!
  3. Select the Product Category/Brand/Model for which inventory data will be added, then click Apply.
  4. Enter the Collection Date / Store / Employee who collected / Inventory count.
  5. Click Add to save the data.

▪ Adding Inventory Data in Bulk (Administrator)

Administrators can upload inventory data in bulk using an Excel file.

1. Go to Dashboard > Inventory > Click "Add Inventory Data in Bulk" in the top right corner.

2. Select the Product Category for data entry > Click Download Sample.

3. Open the downloaded Excel file and fill in the data for the selected product category.

Excel File Data Entry Guidelines
• Fields marked * are mandatory. (However, ‘Model No.’ can be omitted if unavailable.)
• Dates must be entered in the YYYY.MM.DD format. (Example: 20241212 - Other formats will not upload correctly.)
• If an employee has a duplicate name, enter their employee ID or phone number to differentiate them.

4. Go to Dashboard > Add Inventory Data in Bulk > Click Search and upload the completed Excel file.

5. Click Apply, then review and edit any necessary details in the preview window.

6. Correct any red-highlighted error rows manually.

7. Select the finalized data for upload and click Save to complete the process.
