NOTELeave requests and cancellations can only be made through the app.
Before employees can request leave, admins must first complete the initial leave setup. For more information, refer to the Leave Feature Setup guide.

1. Requesting Leave
1. Go to Menu > [Leave] tab > My Leave, and select the type of leave you want to use.
NOTE
Leave days that are past their usage period won’t be included in the available leave days. However, you can still submit a leave request for expired days retroactively if needed.
2. Click the [Request] button in the bottom-right corner of the selected leave type and specify the leave dates and units (Full day, Half day, Quarter day).
- The available leave units may vary depending on the admin’s settings.
- If you select Half day or Quarter day, options for Morning/Afternoon Half day or Morning/Afternoon Quarter day will appear. Selecting these options will automatically input the working hours and breaktime.
NOTE
The working hours and breaktime will be auto-filled based on the schedule for the leave date. Adjust these values if necessary, according to company policy.
If multiple leave dates are selected, or if there’s no work schedule for the selected leave dates, the default work schedule registered in the employee’s profile will be used.
If no default schedule is available, the system will calculate based on a standard schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break.
3. Click [Request] to submit your leave request. Once submitted, wait for approval from the admin.
If you’ve made a mistake in your leave request, you can’t edit it. You’ll need to cancel the request and submit a new one.
2. Canceling Leave
- Go to Menu > [Leave] tab and click the Umbrella icon in the top-right corner to view your request history.
- The cancellation process depends on the status of your request:
- Pending Approval: A [Cancel Request] button will be available. Clicking this will notify the admin, and your request will be canceled.
- Approved: A [Cancel Leave] button will be available.
- If canceled, the schedule for that date will be marked as [No Schedule]. You’ll need to either: Submit a new schedule request, or Have your leader add a new schedule. If there was no prior schedule, no further action is needed.
- If leave cancellation is restricted, a popup notification will inform you that the leave cannot be canceled.
3. Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I partially cancel a leave request?
A: No, partial cancellation is not possible.
Leave requests can only be approved or canceled as a whole. If you need to cancel a portion of your leave, you’ll need to cancel the entire request and submit a new one.
If some of the leave days have already been used, those days will automatically remain marked as used when you resubmit the request.
