1. Approve: If there is no issue with the employee's punch-out record, click the “Approve” button.

• Employees must have a valid punch-out record to ensure smooth check-in for the next day.
• Input a correct punch-out record (time, location) to replace the employee’s request.
• Click the "Reject" button to change the record accordingly.
