Note: The dates on which employees can upload data are set by administrators. (e.g., only today’s data can be uploaded / data from today and the past XX days can be uploaded)
▪ Uploading Price Data
1. Go to Menu or Today's Task > Price > Select the collection date and workplace.
2. Select the product category to register price data.
❗ Only product categories assigned to the user as a data collector will be displayed. Please check with your company administrator if you cannot see the assigned categories.
NOTE 🤔Assigned to collect price data today but unable to proceed because the store does not carry the specified models?
Click “No models available?” and confirm to mark the task as completed.
3. Search for the model name/model number or scroll down to find the product manually.
Model Name/Number Search: Enter text or scan a barcode for quick input.
4. Enter the collected price for each brand and model.
Tap the model name to open the Price Upload Details page.
In the Price field, enter the price manually.
If there are any optional fields, fill them in accordingly.
If price tag capture is required, attach the price tag photo.
Tap Upload to submit the data.
▪ Deleting or Editing Uploaded Price Data
Go to Menu or Today's Task > Price > Select the collection date and workplace.
Choose the product category for the price data you want to delete or edit.
Click the number under Models with price checked to filter and display only products with uploaded price data.
Tap the brand > model name to edit or delete data.
Select the Edit/Delete tab.
To edit, modify the entered values and, if necessary, update the price tag image.
To delete, tap the trash bin icon in the upper right corner and confirm deletion.
2. Adding Price Data via the Dashboard (Admin Only)
▪ Adding Price Data Individually (Admin Only)
Admins can manually add price data in addition to collected data.
Go to Dashboard > Price > Click Add Data in the upper right corner.
Click the Model Name field.❗The model must be registered in the data collection list for price data to be added!
Select the product category/brand/model to add price data for, then click Apply.
Enter the collection date, store, employee, and price.
Click Add to finalize.
▪ Adding Price Data in Bulk (Admin Only)
Admins can bulk upload price data using an Excel file.
1. Go to Dashboard > Price > Click Add Data in Bulk in the upper right corner.
2. Select the product category to add data for > Click Download Sample.
3. Open the downloaded Excel file and input price data for the selected category.
Guidelines for Entering Data in the Excel File • Fields marked with * are mandatory. (However, 'Model No.' can be left blank if unavailable.) • Dates must be entered in YYYY.MM.DD format. (Example: 20241212 – Incorrect formats will result in failed uploads.) • When entering collector information, if multiple employees share the same name, include either their employee ID or phone number for identification.
4. Go to Dashboard > Add Price Data in Bulk > Click Search> Upload the completed Excel file.
5. Click Apply, then review and edit the uploaded data in the preview section.
6. If any errors appear in red, click on them to make corrections.
7. Select the final data to upload and click Save.
