NOTE
1. Only administrators and authorized leaders can access and download price data.
2. Price data downloads are only available on PC.
❗The Price tab in the app is available only in Employee Mode.
1. Viewing Price Status on the Dashboard
Viewing All Records
1. Go to Dashboard > Price > Price Status.
2. Click on the [Period / Product Category / Model] tab.
- Period: Select the date range you want to review. You can view up to 100 days of data at a time.
- Product Category: Select the product category you want to view.
- Model: After selecting a brand, move the models you want to check at once to the "Selected Model" section on the right.
3. Click the [View by Distributor / View by Period] tab to choose your preferred viewing criteria.
- View by Distributor: Filter and view price data collected from a specific distributor.
- View by Period: Check daily price data for the period selected in step (2).
Viewing Detailed Records
- Click View Detailed Data to check and delete price data for each collection entry.
2. Downloading Price Data
Daily and weekly price data can be downloaded as Excel reports.
- Go to Dashboard > Menu > Price > Price Status.
- Click the [Download Data] tab at the top right.
- Select the product category and period you want to download, then click [Download].
