Create Documents

NOTE
If you are requested to fill out a document, you can complete it using the dashboard or the app.

1) Creating a Document on the Dashboard

1. Go to the dashboard and select [E-documents].

2. In [Document folder], go to the [Received documents] tab. Documents marked as [Incomplete] require content to be filled out, while [Completed] documents have already been finalized.

3. Select the document you need to complete.

4. Click the [Create] button.

5. You can preview the document before filling it out. After reviewing, click [Start filling out].

6. Click on the required fields to enter content.

*Fields marked with a red asterisk () are mandatory for document completion.

*Use the navigation arrows at the bottom to quickly move through required sections.

*You can modify the entered content anytime before completing the document.

Checkboxes
  • Click to check or uncheck the box.
Text
  • Click and enter text.
Signature/Stamp
  • Choose between a signature or a stamp for signing.
  • Sign directly or upload an image file.
  • Stamps can also be uploaded as image files.
  • Once a signature/stamp is entered, it will automatically fill in other signature/stamp fields in the document.
  • If you have a saved signature or stamp, click [Bring my signature/Bring my stamp] to insert it instantly.

7. Once all required fields are completed, click [Completed] to finalize the document.

*The document cannot be completed unless all required fields are filled out.

2) Creating a Document on the App

1. Open the [Document folder] and select a document. Documents marked as [Incomplete] require content to be filled out. Documents marked as [Completed] have already been finalized.

*You can also access documents from Home > Today’s Task or the Task tab at the bottom.

2. Click the [Create] button.

3. You can preview the document before filling it out. After reviewing, click [Start filling out].

4. Select the required fields and enter the necessary content.

*Fields marked with a red asterisk () are mandatory for document completion.

*Use the [Previous] / [Next] buttons to navigate through required sections efficiently.

*You can modify the entered content anytime before completing the document.

Checkboxes
  • Select to check or uncheck the box.
Text
  • Select and enter text.
Signature/Stamp
  • Choose between a signature or a stamp for signing.
  • Sign directly or upload an image file.
  • Stamps can also be uploaded as image files.
  • Once a signature/stamp is entered, it will automatically fill in other signature/stamp fields in the document.
  • *If you have a saved signature or stamp, click [Bring my signature/Bring my stamp] to insert it instantly.

5. Once all required fields are completed, click [Completed] to finalize the document.

*If required fields are not filled, the [Completed] button will not appear. Ensure all mandatory fields are completed.
