Set up Price Collection Conditions

1. Only administrators can set price collection conditions.
2. Both administrators and leaders can add price data.

1. Setting Up Price Collection

▪︎ Enable the Price Collection Feature (Admin)

  1. Go to Dashboard > Features > Price and select it.
  2. Activate the price feature by setting it to "Use."
  3. Set the maximum number of digits allowed for price input. Define the maximum number of digits that can be entered for a single product’s price.
  4. Configure the date range for price data uploads. Employees can select and upload data within the set range on the calendar.💡This setting applies only to employees collecting data via the app. However, admins and leaders can upload data for any date via the dashboard.

▪︎ Configure Price Collection Conditions (Admin)

  1. Go to Dashboard > Price > Settings.(If you see the message "No product categories registered.", please refer to the Brand and Model Setup Guide.)
  2. Select the product category for which you want to set price collection conditions.
  3. Click "Type of price to collect" or "Take a photo of the price tag" to add additional components beyond price data, and set whether photo collection is required.
  4. Click "Employees who will collect" or "Required date to collect" to assign employees to collect data and specify required collection dates.(For options other than "Collect at any time," the required collection date will be displayed in the "Today's Task" section of the employee app.)
  5. Move specific products from the full product list to the right-hand section for data collection under each brand.
