Enabling the chat functionality by setting it to [enabled] can only be done by an admin.

Team Messenger
Shopl Chat is a communication feature that allows real-time conversations between members without personal contacts, and you can also share necessary files or images. You can create chat rooms with only the necessary members, and you can check if messages have been read.
Internal Help Desk
By utilizing the 'Chat with Administrator' feature, employees can categorize their inquiries or requests by topic and assign channels and designated staff members.
For example) You can set it up so that vacation/leave requests go to the HR staff, and inventory/store issues go to the VMD manager for 1:1 inquiries.
2. Setting Up
Only administrators can set up chat features.
- Go to Dashboard > [Features] > [Chat].
- Turn ON the [Chat] feature.
3. Dashboard (Only Admin, Leader PC)
- Chatting via Dashboard (Administrators, Leader PCs)
- Access the SharpChat PC dashboard and select [Menu] > [Chat].
- Click the speech bubble icon and select the members to start a chat with. Click the icon (i) at the top right to view channel information, and you can edit the channel notification settings and chat room name.
- After creating a chat room by selecting members, send a message! The invited recipients will see the chat room displayed.
- To attach files or images, click the file icon to the right of the text box.
4. APP
- Access the Sharp app and click the speech bubble icon at the top right of the screen.
- On the screen, select the add icon at the bottom right to choose members to start a chat with.
- Click Members at the top left to view channel information, and you can edit notification settings and the chat room name.
- After creating a chat room by selecting members, send a message! The invited recipients will see the chat room displayed.
- To attach files or images, click the plus icon to the left of the text box.

Q. How can I receive chat push notifications on the web?

- To receive Shopl Chat notifications, you must keep the Shop lChat window open.
- Browser notification settings.
- Select the options icon at the top right of Chrome.
- Select the [Settings] menu.
- Search for 'Site Settings' in the search bar.
- Check Notifications > Additional Managed Domains.
- Click 'Add' under 'Allow' and add https://chat.shoplworks.com.
