After the cutoff date, only administrators can change the status to "Opened" to edit records.In the Opened status, leaders can also edit attendance records. Once all necessary edits are completed, the status must be returned to "Closed" to lock the records and prevent further changes.
1. Go to Attendance cutoff > Status > By period and select the cutoff record that needs modification, or go to Attendance cutoff > Status > By employee and select the employee whose record needs editing.
2. Change the Attendance cutoff status to "Opened". Only administrators can change the status to "Opened" after the cutoff date.
3. After editing attendance records or processing pending approvals, ensure the status is changed back to "Closed" to prevent further edits to the attendance records.
1. Use the checkboxes to select the employees whose records need to be changed to "Opened" status.
2. Click the "Open at once" button at the bottom.
3. After editing the attendance records, use the "Close at once" button to return the records to the "Closed" status, ensuring no further edits can be made.
