NOTE
Only administrators can register workplaces.
Before adding a workplace, it's easier and faster to register if you understand the concept of a workplace and its properties.
1. Registering a Workplace
Registering a Workplace on the Dashboard (PC)
- Go to Dashboard > [Workplace] > [Manage workplaces].
- Select the [Status] tab.
- Click the [Add a workplace] button.
- Enter the required fields and additional information to add the workplace.
Registering a Workplace on the App
- Go to the App > [Leader Mode] > [Workplace] > [Manage workplaces].
- Click the Add button in the lower right.
- Enter the required fields and additional information to add the workplace.
2. Required Information
Workplace Name
Enter the workplace name within 70 characters in an easily recognizable format.
Address
- You can search for and select the address through the search button, or manually enter it if it does not appear.
- After entering the address, click the check button to display the location on the map. Ensure it is correct. If the location is inaccurate, you can manually adjust the pin to the correct spot.
- If using GPS for attendance, enter the radius for punch-in permissions. The default radius is 100m (minimum 40m). If using QR codes, an image will be generated for check-ins. Download and use it.
3. Optional Information
Code
If workplaces are managed by code, enter the code here.
Distributor
The City field is provided as an optional input. Choose from options registered under Workplace properties > Distributor.
City
The City field is provided as an optional input. Choose from options registered under Workplace properties > City.
District
The District field is provided if enabled in Workplace properties > District.
4. Custom Properties
Custom properties from Workplace properties can be selected. Depending on the data type, you can choose an option, manually enter text, or upload photos or documents. Leaders with editing rights can modify custom properties.
