Shopl app provides two modes - Leader Mode and Staff Mode.
Leader mode is only provided to admin / leader users.
a. Shopl Chat
Engage in chat conversations with members of the company.
b. Notifications
Check new notifications and change status to 'read' for all.
c. Pending
View and approve/decline employee requests - schedules, leave, overtime, punch out time, workplace.
d. Today's schedule
You can check the current schedule allocation for all employees.
e. Today's punch in rate
You can monitor the attendance rate and work status of all employees.
f. Ongoing to-do
You can check all ongoing tasks allocated and its progress in real time.
g. Employee Mode
Clicking here will switch you to employee mode.
h. Navigation Bar
This bar consists of Home, Approval, and Menu tabs for quick access.
In Leader Mode, you can customize menu list according to your preferences. The modified home screen is personalized for each individual and can be edited at any time. Scroll to the bottom of the Home and click 'Edit home screen' button.
Employee mode is provided to all users.
Employee mode provides a platform where you can record your time and complete assigned tasks. These features include punch-in/out, apply leave, checking attendance history, schedules, assigned tasks, collecting data, requesting expense reimbursements, etc.
