1. Create posts on posting board (Admin, Leader PC)
2. Resolve issue and change status to 'Resolved' (Employee App)
Select posting to resolve
- Click 'Resolve' button
- Write action (how you've resolved the issue)
- Attach necessary files if needed & Click 'Save'
- Ticket has been resolved!
- Once a ticket is resolved, the issue creator will be notified by app push.
