Register Member Properties

Only admins can add·edit member properties.

Register member properties before you add members. You can select among registered properties when adding a member.

1. Member properties

Member properties are information that characterizes the registered members. Default properties provided by our service include name, employee number, phone number, assigned group, job title, grade, and national ID number. Admins can also add custom properties if needed.

Complete detailed settings for job title, grade, national ID number, and custom properties from Manage Members > Settings > Member properties.

Job title

Job title represents work and the role that the employee is responsible for in the company.

(E.g., Manager, Store director)

By registering the options in advance, you can select a member's job title when adding a member.

Registering job titles

  1. Dashboard > Members > Manage members
  2. Select [Settings] tab > Member properties > Job title.
  3. Enter a job title and click [Add].
  4. Click [Edit list order] and adjust registered options on the list.
  5. This list will be provided in the optional area when adding a member.

Grade

Grade can be used to show where a member is positioned as a rank, from the highest to lowest.

By registering the options in advance, you can select a member's grade when adding a member.

Registering grade

  1. Dashboard > Members > Manage members
  2. Select [Settings] tab > Member properties > Grade.
  3. Select 'Yes' to use the grade.
  4. Select an icon of the grade, enter a name, and click [Add].
  5. This will be provided in the optional area when adding a member.

National ID no.

When an employee's national ID number needs to be registered in the system, you can use this property to register a national ID number when adding a member. Sensitive information such as national ID no. is encrypted and stored securely.

Using national ID no.

  1. Dashboard > Members > Manage members
  2. Select [Settings] tab > Member properties > National ID no.
  3. Select 'Yes' to use the national ID no.
  4. This will be provided in the optional area when adding a member.

Custom properties

Custom properties, which are manually added by admins, can be used when additional properties are needed other than the above listed (e.g., Gender, Contract type).

Registering custom properties

  1. Dashboard > Members > Manage members
  2. Select [Settings] tab > Member properties > Custom properties
  3. Click [Add properties].
  4. Enter a property name. (E.g., Gender, Contract type)
  5. Select a data type.◦ Select from options : For this type, pre-register options and select one among them. (E.g., Gender - Female, Male)◦ Enter manually : For this type, input data directly. (E.g., Email)
  6. Set who views the data. Admins and leaders with the permission to add members can view and edit custom properties data. Admins are included as a default.
