Hello, I’m Kim Ro-young, the CEO of LeaderGym Children's Sports Center, where we teach children who will become future leaders.
I handle both teaching children and managing staff operations.
With a background in athletics all the way through college, I teach various sports to children while also overseeing the center’s operations and staff management as the CEO.
Attendance Tracking: It was hard to monitor attendance records because every employee had different schedules, making it difficult to track their clock-in and clock-out times.
Daily Reports: Managing daily reports was also challenging. Since employees submitted their reports on paper, I had to check them one by one to confirm task completion, which was time-consuming.

Before adopting Shopl, we tracked attendance manually with paper logs.
Since everyone had different work schedules, it was difficult for me to review attendance logs regularly. Gathering all these paper records was both inconvenient and time-consuming.

When employees clock in and out using Shopl’s attendance feature, I can check their data in real time, whether I’m in the office via the dashboard or out of the office via my mobile phone.

We require staff to submit task-related reports periodically. However, managing these paper-based reports was a hassle.
It was challenging to consolidate the data, and tracking submission statuses wasn’t easy. Additionally, keeping printed report forms in the office and replacing them whenever updates were needed added to the inconvenience.

The To-Do feature has become our go-to tool for task management.
